i don't listen to those who don't listen to me

what are our ears for?

isn't plain irritating to find someone not listening to you? when they're talking they expect your 100% attention. they want you to listen to every single word they say. stare them in the eye and listen. on the other hand, when it's time for you to talk and they, to listen they won't listen at all. they will eventually either look away and try to find something much more 'interesting' to do in the spur of moment or appear uninterested or cut you off.

sometimes when they try to look somewhere so that you'll understand that they don't want to listen to you. it's an indication of some sort. maybe they'll try to find something to do. which is a desperate measure. that is plain rude.

at times, they'll appear uninterested. for all you know, you'll be talking to the wall for the next few minutes and so. then you'll realise you've wasted how many grams of saliva talking to a wall. damn annoying.

lastly, in an attempt to shut you off they'll cut you off. believing that they, talking is far much interesting that listening to what you're going to say next. sometimes in order for you to win your conversation back, cut them off. to prevent another cold war just keep mum and listen to them instead.

like i said, why listen to people when they in return never did listen to me. it's a waste of time knowing that you have to listen to someone but you, yourself is not being heard. even if it involves me taking the risk of being labelled a 'bad listener'. it doesn't matter.

unless the person listens, then start talking.
