i had to write this down. had to.
an e-mail from julie, a fellow free-thinker, struck a chord with me. julie, i hope you don't mind me writing this down.
- Nearly every young person (such as many older people) idealizes someone and wishes that they were that person.
- is not the way I need to be spending my time and thoughts, wishing I was someone else, when I could be using that time
- People don't truly understand what they are saying. It's always made me wonder, if people did get their wish, and they were the person they want to be, would they wish they were someone else.
i realise that what i've been writing all this while might be right after all. even though some might say it's impersonal.
did any part of this entry make any sense to you?
